Field Staff Coordinators will utilize Nike Product Tester Teams shopper database of over 3,000 independent contractors and sources, assign and educate these evaluators, while finding creative recruitment strategies to populate our database in remote areas. The main objectives of the Field Staff Coordinators is to complete 100% of shops on time by the client’s due date, minimize shopper bonuses by effective and creative recruiting, and effectively communicate with shoppers to ensure shopping is done correctly, on time, and within Nike Product Tester Teams expectation and processes.
